LibreOffice Suite

Post  hqlinux on Fri Feb 04, 2011 2:51 pm

I have stumbled across another FREE office suite.

http://www.libreoffice.org/

LibreOffice is the free power-packed Open Source personal productivity suite for Windows, Macintosh and Linux, that gives you six feature-rich applications for all your document production and data processing needs: Writer, Calc, Impress, Draw, Math and Base. Support and documentation is free from our large, dedicated community of users, contributors and developers. You, too, can also get involved!

You may want to give it a try...

Harvey

It works pretty well I personally don't have an issue with OO but it uses the same code base so if OO has a bug that has been holding you back this is worth a try.

I don't suppose it has a "reveal code" feature, eh? Suspect
I'd use OO if/when it did, but for now I'm sticking with Word Perfect in a VM. What a Face
