I found the Freespire thread very interesting, are you still in the process of generating a distro or has that phase finished.

I don't visit the Freespire forums so I am not up to date with what's happening on that front.

afaik, the source debs (i recompiled them and installed them on top of kubuntu 8.04) aren't downloadable anymore from cnr.com. so even if i wanted to continue the project i really can't unless i turn it into something else.
