No.

Starts with the standard PhoenixOS boot choice menu.
Regardless if I choose Live or straight Install , it gives the Phoenix loading log, then goes to CLI prompt ,proceeded wit the above Error.

This release would appear to be Phoenix RC2 with Amarok replaced by Clementine and Limewire removed. What on earth was the point of wasting time on this rehash????

Ray

There were several kde3 bugs in RC2 and as well as the user bug and nvidia bug which are all fixed now. Then after I did that decided to remove limewire since its useless now since its been under court order, and added Clementine.
The point of doing this was to have a final for Lucid with bugs fixed. I will be uploading another version which will replace Karmic: It will be a release candidate based on Debian Squeeze, just have to take care of a few more bugs in it before uploading.

Sorry, what I think I will do in future versions is make a "Change Log" so people will realize the bug fixes and improvements and not think its some kind of rehash.

I'm gonna ask John to redo it without the pae kernel. I suspect your machine does not like the pae kernel.

Give me a few days to get a non-pae version whipped up for you.

The one thing that makes this build different is using the pae kernel which allows 32 bit OS to recognized ram over 4gb.

I will do a stock kernel one for you, I apologize about that.
