Linux Mint 10 RC Empty Linux Mint 10 RC

Installed Linux Mint 10 on my Linux mint 9 partition today. Was very happy and surprised to find all my files, settings, and wallpaper from Mint 9 intact when I rebooted. :-)

love Mint

I found one minor glitch with my install of LM 10, and I reported this on LM forumn.

I use an extra data partition , and have to give the mount point permissions for User to read. But sometimes when I re-start , it does not pick up the permission and shows a mount error. I can then mount it by CLI. So far I can't find the cause of this. The base group file " /etc/group " appears normal.

Is it better than 9? I mean if I had 9 and was happy would it be worth the time to upgrade?

I am multi-booting with nine Linux distros , so I have several available at all times.
My Linux-Mint 9 Isadora Gnome is very stable.
LM 10 is still a Release Candidate and they are still getting test reports of glitches.
