BlackHawk RC2 Empty BlackHawk RC2

Mon Sep 27, 2010 11:14 am
Over the course of the weekend, a lot of progress was made. So pretty soon you may see an RC2 release, this is intended to be a final release if no bugs crop up hence the name rc2.

Stay tuned . . .

Will we ever be able to choose our user name and password at install time and see it take? I can't believe this irritation hasn't been fixed yet.

Is BlackHawk KDE or Gnome based?

It is actually fixed in flamehawk hardy. Its the other ones that are kde4 distros thats the problem, patching the kde3 creates that bug, however thanks to a Friend/tester shedding some light on some ideas; I may have made progress on fixing that bug, will keep you posted very soon.
