Software Managers Empty Software Managers

Tue Jun 15, 2010 12:00 am
At one time, Linspire made a deal with Ubuntu to take on the CNR project.
Now Ubuntu Lucid is using ' Software Center 2.0.4 , which works verywell.

It is very similar to Linux-Mint 'Mintinstall' which Mint has used for some time.

Now I see that Debian Squeeze is using Software Center 2.0.3 , which actually works exactly like Ubuntu's .
Here is a snap of Debian's - - -

Both of these appear to be supported by
https://launchpad.net/

Personally I feel this is a big improvement over Adept or Aptitude.
